The nature of our work requires transparency and honesty. We respect our clients’ information. We safe keep their right to privacy and maintain confidentiality. As members of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), we abide by their codes of ethics not simply because of the legal requirements but because it’s the right thing to do. We treat clients, their family members, colleagues, and caregivers with fairness, discretion, and integrity. We maintain high standards in our work, representing our clients with professionalism and competence.
Why I Started Love & Order
After my dad passed away, at the age of 94, I discovered that he had lost out on the opportunity to take advantage of thousands of dollars in VA benefits and Medicare reimbursements. He didn’t know they were available, didn’t know how to claim them, wasn’t able to fill out the paperwork, do the internet research, or perhaps was just too proud to ask for help.
Dad’s primary concern was not outliving his money and being able to afford to stay in his own home while paying for full-time care. To help him, I developed an approach that allowed me to oversee his care and caretakers along with his finances while he retained control. As a result, he was able to keep his dignity, protect his assets, and live out his days in the comfort and security of his own home.
I started Love & Order with the vision of serving more people facing the same challenges. Our goal is to ease the challenges related to growing older and those who love them.

I was called to this work because of my personal experience caring for my aging parents, a passion for giving back, and my love for seniors. I was busy pursuing my career in the Boston area as my parents aged and their health declined. I know the emotional conflict of wanting to be there for them while trying to balance the demands of my own family and pursuing my professional dreams – from hundreds and eventually thousands of miles away.
